Service Description: 

The ISC provides logistic services to visa applicants seeking a Sri Lanka visa and visa extension and is only responsible for the following:

 

1.To receive from an applicant his/her passport, completed visa form, supporting documentation (collectively, the "Documents") and the applicable fees.

2.To submit the Documents to the Department of Immigration and Emigration , on behalf of the applicant.

3.To collect the relevant Documents back from the Department of Immigration and Emigration, after completion of all formalities, and return the relevant Documents back to the applicant.

 

It must be noted that the grant or refusal of the Sri Lanka visa is at the sole discretion of the Department of Immigration and Emigration and ISC is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Department of Immigration and Emigration.

We do our best to correctly describe information and services that appear on the website. However, We do not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, compete, accurate, and error free. Sri Lanka Immigration Department may change its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. 

Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Sri Lankan Immigration Department may request additional documentation at their discretion. In any event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate; you agree to hold us harmless. The possession of a Visa does not guarantee admission to the country which at the sole discretion of the Immigration officials at the port of entry. 

We take every reasonable precaution while handling the Documents of applicants. However, We shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to the applicant for any Documents which are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default.

The applicant agrees and accepts that we neither control the Department of Immigration and Emigration nor does it control or operate the services provided by them. Hence, we will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the loss or damage of applicant's documents due to any default on the part of the Department of Immigration and Emigration.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa. We can not be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused admission to Sri Lanka. We strongly recommend that you check detail in your Entry Permits / Visas against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

 

Processing time: Processing time quoted by us are approximate and based on processing times provided by Sri Lankan Immigration Department under normal circumstances. Sri Lankan Immigration Department may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline approve visa without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day after we receive your full payment. (Except Saturdays, Sundays and other Public Holidays). While we will make every effort to get back to you with visa approval within the estimated time, We will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.

 

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by  us (including the "Government visa fees, taxes and our service fee") directly to us. It is our responsibility to pay the relevant Government visa fees to the Department of Immigration. The documentation required for visa issuance and fees related to the processing of Sri Lankan visas are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy: The Sri Lanka Immigration Department runs a no refund policy on all Sri Lanka visa related fees as they charge for work done and not per granted visa. It is therefore, important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with ISC you must contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. However, if you decide to cancel after your application is launched with the Immigration, no refund will be given and the service will be completed.

 

Privacy: Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

 

Communications: By using this site and our services you give us your express permission to contact you via email, or phone for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

 

Security: By submitting information / application form, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. We will not responsible for any trouble or problem may cause if you send us incorrect or fake passport details. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.

 

Intellectual Property: This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, software applications, is protected as a collective work by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of Sri Lanka and other countries. All logos, images, Web site design, text, graphics, software, HTML code used to generate web pages on www.immigrationlanka.com is the sole property of ISC and can not be copied, adapted, sketched, painted, or otherwise reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of us.  

 

Termination: You agree that  ISC shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold We responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. We reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
